LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics Orders:

As long as you have not visited the lab for specimen collection, your order can be canceled and the full purchase price refunded back to your original method of payment within 21 days after your purchase.
After 21 days, the order can be canceled and refunded back to your original method of payment, less a $10 processing fee.

Keep in mind, the requisition form is valid for 6 months from the date of your order. To cancel or make any changes to your order, or if your order is older than 6 months, call 877-511-5227 or email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

Once an order is canceled, no results will be released unless payment is made in full again.

If you have already provided samples for testing, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and results will be available in your Testing.com account.

Kit Orders:

Test kit orders can be canceled anytime prior to the test kit being shipped to the shipping address entered on the order. A full refund will be processed if the test kit has been canceled prior to being shipped.

If the test kit has already been shipped out to you, the order can be canceled and a refund will be processed minus a $25 non-refundable fee. The $25 non-refundable fee is to cover the kit fulfillment costs and shipping.

No refunds may be processed on SalivaDirect COVID test kits or OmegaQuant test kits. All sales for these test kits are final.

Why has my order been canceled?
If you have placed an order over the phone, it is required that you accept the Terms and Conditions for the order within 24 hours of the order being placed. The Terms and Conditions have been sent to you via email. If you have not or did not accept the Terms and Conditions for the order, your method of payment will not be charged for this order and you will not receive your requisition form or test kit in the mail.

If you would still like to have testing performed, a new order will need to be placed either online or over the phone.

Your questions will be answered by a laboratory scientist as part of a voluntary service provided by one of our partners, American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science.
